SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery is currently available within the U.S, and internationally. We also ship to U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes. We do NOT ship to international P.O. boxes.

For shipping in the USA
Please allow 24-48 for processing time before products are shipped and 3-5 business days for delivery.

For International shipping to Canada &Australia
Please allow 24-48hrs for processing time before products are shipped and 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery depending on location. Shipping costs vary by country and region. International shipping carrier option is UPS & FEDEX. This also does not include custom fees, or other duty and tax fees.

By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms. Customers are responsible for their country's customs duties, and taxes. Failure to pay for the custom fees will deem the package abandoned or undeliverable. In this case, if the package is returned to us you will NOT receive a refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For returns or exchanges within the U.S.:
We accept returns and exchanges.

For RETURNS YOU WILL PAY for the shipping and for exchanges we will ONLY pay for the shipping back for the new size, but you're responsible to ship it to us to get the exchange.

For Exchange:
​Due to the limited quantities of each collection, we can only provide an exchange on a different size in the same product IF it is in stock. Please email us at sireclothingbrand@gmail.com to see if the size you want is available.

For international orders:

We accept returns and exchanges.
​
For **returns**, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and a restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
For **exchanges**, customers can request a different size if it's available in stock. You will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us, and we’ll handle the shipping cost to send the new size back to you, BUT it does not cover any custom fee. If the requested size is unavailable, you'll receive store credit or a refund. The window for the refund has to be within the 30 days from the purchase DATE.

For Exchange:

If you want to return your merchandise, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to decide if the item is right for you. We will not accept your return if the merchandise does not have the original tags, or has been washed, worn, or damaged.

We will refund you to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
